Install 529 on your phone

529 is a web app. Put it on your home screen so it opens full screen, just like something from an app store — no download required.

Android

Chrome on Android can install 529 as an app on your home screen.

    Open 529 in Chrome

    Install works best in Chrome on Android. If you are in another browser, open this page in Chrome first.

    Tap Install

    When Chrome is ready, you may see an Install banner at the bottom of the screen or a bubble inside 529. Tap Install to add the app.

    Or use the Chrome menu

    You can also tap the three-dot menu, then Install app or Add to Home screen.

    Open it like an app

    Find the 529 icon on your home screen. It opens full screen, without the browser bar.

iPhone

Use Safari to add 529 to your Home Screen.

    Open 529 in Safari

    Add to Home Screen only works in Safari on iPhone. If you are in Chrome or another browser, copy the link and open it in Safari.

    Tap the Share button

    At the bottom of Safari, tap the square with the upward arrow.

    Add to Home Screen

    Scroll the share sheet and tap Add to Home Screen. Confirm the name, then tap Add.

    Open it like an app

    Find the 529 icon on your Home Screen. Opening it from there gives you the full-screen app experience.

Tip: after you add it, you can close the browser tab — the home screen icon is enough.
